Woman accused of initiating juvenile altercation at Hackettstown Dunkin Donuts

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) — A Hackettstown woman has been charged after police said she was involved in initiating a physical altercation between two juveniles at the Dunkin Donuts last month.

According to the Hackettstown Police Department, officers responded to Dunkin Donuts at 170 Mountain Avenue on September 30, 2025, at about 3:29 p.m. for a report of two juveniles engaged in a fight.

Through an investigation, police determined that Magdelin Parra-Delacruz, 35, of Hackettstown, transported a juvenile to that location, where the physical altercation between the two juveniles was initiated by her, police said.

Parra-Delacruz was arrested on October 27, 2025, and charged with two counts of fourth-degree cruelty and neglect of children. She was released pending a court appearance.
