1 person suffers significant injuries after 2-vehicle crash on Route 206 in Mount Olive Twp.

MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A two-vehicle crash in Mount Olive Township Tuesday morning left one person injured, according to police.

The crash, which involved a sedan and pickup truck, happened at around 7:00 a.m. on Route 206 in the area of Oakwood Drive South, police said.

As a result of the crash, a woman suffered significant injuries and was transported to an area hospital, police said.

Traffic was temporarily diverted during the accident, police said.

No further information was released and the crash remains under investigation by the Mount Olive Police Department.
