ROCKAWAY, N.J. (Morris County) — Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey has arranged the sale of a 53,252-square-foot standalone industrial building in Rockaway, the firm announced.
The property at 36 Pine St. was purchased by Commerce Park Investors. The transaction was brokered by Resource Realty principals Greg Sabato and Scott Peck, who represented the buyer.
The single-story industrial building includes two exterior tailboard dock doors, one drive-in bay and a 2,500-amp, 440-volt electrical system designed to support manufacturing, assembly and logistics operations.
