1 injured after tractor-trailer hauling used cloths overturns on I-80 in Morris County

ROXBURY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – One person was injured after a tractor-trailer crashed on Interstate 80 in Morris County on Wednesday afternoon, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Jeffrey Lebron.

The crash happened at around 3:04 p.m. on Interstate 80 eastbound at milepost 32.5 in Roxbury Township, Lebron said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that a tractor-trailer hauling used clothes lost directional control and overturned, Lebron said.

The passenger sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital. There were no other injuries reported, Lebron said.

The crash remains under investigation and there no additional information was available, Lebron said.
