New wine and food festival ‘Uncork Summer’ coming to Clinton June 7–8

CLINTON, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — A new food and wine festival is set to debut in Hunterdon County next weekend. UNCORK SUMMER, presented by GPS, Inc. in partnership with Explore Hunterdon, will take place June 7 and 8 from noon to 5 p.m. at the historic Red Mill Museum Village in Clinton.

The two-day event will feature New Jersey wineries, gourmet food trucks, artisan vendors, live music, and access to the Red Mill Museum Village grounds.

Explore Hunterdon, the official tourism initiative of Hunterdon County, said the event is designed to highlight the region’s scenic beauty, small towns, and local food and beverage offerings.

General admission sampling tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door for guests 21 and over. The ticket includes wine tastings, a souvenir wine glass, and admission to both the festival and the museum village.

Spectator tickets for adults not sampling wine, and for those ages 18 to 20, are $10 and must be purchased at the gate with cash. Children under 18 are admitted free.

Wine sampling and purchases are limited to guests 21 and older, and valid ID is required. Organizers note that the event will take place rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable.
