Hunterdon County player wins $161,650 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot

FLEMINGTON, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — A New Jersey Lottery player in Hunterdon County matched all five numbers in Saturday’s Jersey Cash 5 drawing to win a $161,650 jackpot, lottery officials announced Monday.

The winning numbers drawn were 05, 06, 12, 16 and 28. The Bullseye number was 06, and the XTRA number was 02. The winning ticket was sold at Higgins News Agency, located at 68 Main St. in Flemington. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

Saturday’s drawing marked the 64th Jersey Cash 5 jackpot win of 2025.

In addition to the top prize, 27 players matched four of the five numbers plus the Bullseye to win $500 each. Nine of those players doubled their winnings to $1,000 by selecting the XTRA option.

The Jersey Cash 5 jackpot reset following the win and is now $160,000 for Monday night’s drawing, according to the New Jersey Lottery.
