Jersey Girl Brewing celebrates 10th anniversary in Mount Olive
MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Local officials joined brewery owners and community members over the weekend to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Jersey Girl Brewing Company.
Morris County Commissioner Director Stephen Shaw, along with Mount Olive Mayor Joe Nicastro and Washington Township Mayor Michael Marino, attended the event at the brewery, located at 426 Sand Shore Road, and presented a Certificate of Honor to owner Chuck Aaron recognizing the milestone.
The certificate, issued on behalf of the Morris County Board of County Commissioners, highlighted the brewery’s decade of success in craft brewing, including recognition at the state, national and international levels, as well as its commitment to community involvement.
Since opening April 15, 2016, Jersey Girl Brewing has received numerous accolades, including honors for its beers and being named NJBIZ’s “Emerging Business of the Year” in 2017.
County officials said the brewery has also played an active role in supporting local causes and hosting nonprofit events.
Officials praised Jersey Girl Brewing for its contributions to the local economy and community as it marks a decade in business.
