Man charged with shoplifting at Morris County Farms

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — A Denville man has been charged with shoplifting following an incident at Morris County Farms in Denville Township, police said.

Joseph Delguercio, 36, was charged in connection with an April 21 incident at the Smith Road farm, according to police.

Police said officers were notified of a reported shoplifting and determined that merchandise valued at more than $400 had been taken. Following an investigation, Delguercio was identified as the suspect.

He was located a short time later, taken into custody and transported to Denville Police Headquarters for processing.

Delguercio was charged with fourth-degree shoplifting and released pending a future court appearance.
