Morris County Prosecutor’s Office earns FBI-LEEDA Agency Trilogy Award

MORRISTOWN, N.J. (Morris County) — The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office has received the FBI-LEEDA Agency Trilogy Award, recognizing the office’s completion of a leadership training program for law enforcement executives.

The award was announced by the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, known as FBI-LEEDA. It recognizes agencies whose leadership teams complete the organization’s Trilogy Leadership Series.

The entire command staff of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office completed the series, which includes the Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute and Executive Leadership Institute.

The training focuses on decision-making, leadership principles, ethics, communication and other areas intended to strengthen public safety leadership and agency management.

The FBI-LEEDA Agency Trilogy Award recognizes law enforcement agencies that demonstrate a commitment to leadership training aimed at improving their agencies and the communities they serve.

“I am extremely proud of our command staff, who have spent the time and effort to complete this important training program. The investigative supervisors of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office hold themselves to the highest standards of law enforcement professionalism,” Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll said.
