All NJMVC facilities will be closed on Presidents Day

NEW JERSEY – All New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission facilities will be closed Monday, February 21 in observance of the Presidents Day holiday.

This includes:

  • Licensing and Vehicle Centers
  • Regional Service Centers
  • road testing sites
  • inspection stations

The NJMVC.gov website should always be the first stop for New Jersey residents seeking motor vehicle services. Most NJMVC business can be completed online, and nearly all in-person services require an appointment that must be scheduled at the website, officials said.

Customers can access more than 30 online services at NJMVC.gov, including license and registration renewals and replacements, address changes, fee and surcharge payments, personalized and specialty plate requests, and more, officials said.
