Colonial Little League Baseball 12U All-Stars win third district championship

WARREN COUNTY, N.J. — The Colonial Little League Baseball 12U All-Stars won the District 20 championship Sunday with a 1-0 victory over Sparta.

It marks the team’s third district title.

Jonathan Snyder drove in the game’s only run with a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fourth inning. Chase Marold, Emilio Reyes and Kellen Vargo combined to throw a two-hit shutout.

The All-Stars will next face the District 4 champion on Friday in Wayne.

The Colonial Little League 12U All-Stars team includes players from Allamuchy Township, Hackettstown, Independence Township, and Liberty Township.
