Five residential building lots in Hunterdon County to be auctioned

HAMPTON BOROUGH, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — Five residential building lots in Hampton Borough will be offered at public auction next month, providing an opportunity for builders, investors and prospective homeowners to purchase property in Hunterdon County.

Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co. announced the lots, located on Junction Road, will be sold individually during a live auction with simulcast online bidding at 11 a.m. July 28 at the Hampton Inn Clinton, 16 Frontage Drive, Clinton.

The offering includes five residential building lots ranging in size from approximately 1.01 acres to 1.67 acres. According to Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co., all infrastructure has been completed, making the lots ready for residential construction.

The properties are located near Routes 31, 78 and 22 and are situated in an established neighborhood where a recently constructed home sold for $820,000, according to the auction company.

The auction company said buyers may purchase one or multiple lots. The first two parcels are guaranteed to sell at or above $95,000.
