Hackettstown woman arrested for DUI after car overturns

LOPATCONG TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Hackettstown woman was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after her car overturned in Lopatcong Township, according to police.

The crash occurred on Monday, March 24, at around 11:36 p.m. near 1326 Belvidere Road, police said.

Following the accident, a police investigation revealed that the driver, Rosemary Studwell, 35, of Hackettstown, was under suspicion of DUI, police said.

Studwell was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, failure to maintain her lane, and using a wireless telephone while operating a motor vehicle. She was released pending a court appearance, police said.
