Heath Village named best nursing home for 2025 by U.S. News & World Report

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Heath Village Retirement Community has announced that it has once again earned the ‘High Performing’ rating, the highest possible achievement from U.S. News & World Report, placing it among the elite skilled nursing facilities in the U.S.

U.S. News gives the designation of Best Nursing Home only to those homes that satisfy U.S. News’s assessment of the appropriate use of key services and consistent performance in quality measures.

Since their inception in 2009, the U.S. News Best Nursing Home ratings have relied on data from Nursing Home Compare, a program run by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that sets and enforces standards for nursing homes.

To be recognized as one of the 2025 U.S. News Best Nursing Homes, a home must have been “High Performing” in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, or both.

Heath Village is a full-service, not-for-profit, retirement community located at 430 Schooley’s Mountain Road in Washington Township. For further information, please call 908-852-4801 or visit www.heathvillage.com.
