Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Office donates No-Shave November proceeds to cancer center

HUNTERDON COUNTY, N.J. — The Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Office has donated proceeds from its annual No-Shave November fundraiser to the Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center to support patient services for individuals and families facing cancer.

The donation, made with the support of Hunterdon County Sheriff Frederick Brown, will help fund the cancer center’s patient support services, including financial advocacy, wellness programs and other resources designed to assist patients during treatment.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the funds will help local families cope with the financial and emotional challenges that often accompany a cancer diagnosis.

Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center provides a range of services, including advanced cancer treatment, wellness programs and financial assistance for patients.

Sheriff’s Office officials said the donation will help ensure patients and their families receive additional support during a difficult time by easing some of the burdens associated with cancer care.
