Josh Allen teams up with SNICKERS to tackle halftime hunger with limited-edition NFL packs

When halftime hits and the snacks start running low, SNICKERS® is stepping up to keep fans in the game. The Mars-owned brand, and Official Chocolate Sponsor of the National Football League, has announced a new partnership with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen to launch limited-edition SNICKERS and SNICKERS Ice Cream packs.

The special packaging, available nationwide beginning in June ahead of the NFL preseason, features Allen’s image and is designed to help fans fight off “halftime hunger” in true MVP fashion.

“I’ve always been a fan of SNICKERS, so putting my name — and my game — on these packs is a win,” Allen said in a statement. “Whether you’re taking the field or taking your fantasy line-up to victory, SNICKERS has your back when hunger strikes.”

The collaboration continues the brand’s long-standing association with football. “SNICKERS has been a part of football culture for over 20 years,” said Gabrielle Wesley, chief marketing officer of Mars Wrigley North America. “With the help of NFL MVP Josh Allen, SNICKERS is turning every halftime into a moment of delicious satisfaction and giving fans something new to rally behind.”

Mars said this is just the beginning, teasing more promotional plays between Allen and SNICKERS throughout the season.
