Juvenile injured in Sussex County dirt bike crash

FRANKLIN BOROUGH, N.J. (Sussex County) — A juvenile was injured Friday evening in a dirt bike crash in a wooded area near Rutherford Avenue and Sterling Street in Franklin Borough, according to police.

Authorities said the crash occurred around 8:40 p.m. The juvenile operator was airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment of significant injuries. The individual’s current condition is not known.
