Fisher-Price Recalls More than 2 Million Snuga Infant Swings Due to Suffocation Hazard After 5 Deaths Reported
Hazard: The swing should never be used for sleep and bedding materials should never be added to it. If the product is used for sleep or bedding material is added, the headrest and body support insert on the seat pad can increase the risk of suffocation.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately remove both the headrest (by cutting the tether) and the body support insert from the seat pad before continuing to use the swing. Fisher-Price will provide a $25 refund to consumers who remove and destroy the headrest and body support insert. Instructions can be found at www.service.mattel.com.
Units: Approximately 2.1 million swings were sold in the United States, about 99,000 swings were sold in Canada and about 500 swings were sold in Mexico.

Reyhee Group Recalls Droyd Multi-Purpose Helmets Due to Risk of Head Injury; Violation of Federal Regulations for Bicycle Helmets
Hazard: The recalled helmets do not comply with the positional stability, retention system, impact, labeling and certification requirements of the mandatory federal safety regulations for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect the wearer in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled Droyd helmets immediately and contact Reyhee for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers must cut the straps off the helmet and submit two photos: one photo of both straps cut off and one photo of the helmet and cut straps inside of a trash can. Send both photos along with name and address to Reyhee Group at support@droyd.com. Reyhee Group is contacting all purchasers directly.

Hazard: The recalled youth ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of the federal mandatory ATV regulations. The handlebars pose a laceration hazard if the child rider’s body or head impacts the handlebars at a high rate of speed. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Droyd ATVs and contact Reyhee Group for a free repair kit consisting of a replacement handlebar cover and new safety warning labels. Reyhee Group is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard: The mirrors’ glass can detach from the wall attachment base and fall, posing injury and laceration hazards.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Allen + Roth mirrors, turn the power off and contact Homewerks Worldwide for instructions on how to remove and dispose of the mirror for a full refund or free replacement mirror, including shipping. Gimars Playpens Recalled Due to Entrapment and Suffocation Hazards; Violation of Federal Regulations for Play Yards; Imported by Shenzhen Jingdu Technology and Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com
Hazard: The recalled playpens violate the federal safety regulations for play yards. The included basketball hoop accessory can be a head entrapment hazard and children can become entrapped beneath the mattress, posing a suffocation hazard.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using and keep children away from the recalled playpens. Consumers should disassemble the playpen and cut the fabric floor, mattress pad and basketball hoop accessory each into two pieces. Then, consumers should upload photos of the cut product using the online submission form, or email the photos to Gimars-Aftersales@outlook.com to obtain a full refund. NPW Group Recalls Halloween Projector Flashlights Due to Fire and Burn Hazards; Sold Exclusively at Target
Hazard: The flashlights can overheat and melt the outer casing, posing fire and burn hazards.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled flashlights and return them to any Target store for a full refund. Consumers should turn off the product, remove the batteries, mark the product with “recalled” in permanent marker prior to returning the flashlight to Target.
