Kohl’s Recalls Tea Light Candle Holders Due to Fire Hazard
Hazard: The tea light candle holder can catch on fire, posing a fire and burn hazard.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tea light candle holders and return them to any Kohl’s store for a full refund in the form of a Kohl’s gift card or in the original form of payment. Kohl’s will provide a pre-paid shipping label for consumers who purchased the candle holders online. Kohl’s is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Kubota Tractor Corporation Recalls RTV-Series Utility Vehicles Due to Crash Hazard
Hazard: The ball joint connected to the front suspension arm can loosen and separate from the front suspension arm, resulting in the driver losing wheel support of the utility vehicle, posing a crash hazard to consumers.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled utility vehicles and contact an authorized Kubota dealer to schedule a free inspection and repair at the dealer’s location. Kubota is contacting registered owners directly.
Units: About 49,640
Hazard: The painted hair clips contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard to children. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled hair clips away from children, stop using them and contact YFLGOTOO. Consumers will need to provide picture of disposal to receive the remedy. Amazon is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard: The lithium-ion battery in the recalled portable chargers can overheat, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled portable chargers and contact Baseus to receive a free replacement charger. The replacement portable charger will have the same model number (BS 30KP365) and a different serial number ending in the letter “A.” Consumers will need to submit a photo of the recalled portable charger showing the model number and serial number to the firm’s recall registration page. Consumers without an order number will need to submit a photo of the portable charger with their name and date written on the portable charger in permanent marker. To receive a replacement, consumers will be required to confirm disposal of the portable charger in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If their battery is involved in this recall, consumers will be required to write “Recalled” on the involved affected battery and upload a photograph of it to https://santacruzbicycles.com/pages/recall-heckler-9-lithium-ion-battery. These consumers should then dispose of the battery in accordance with local and state regulations following registration.
