Man dies from injuries suffered in ATV crash in Warren County

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A 48-year-old man has died from his injuries after being involved in an ATV crash on Sunday, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Jeffrey Lebron.

Scott Labinski, 48, of Liberty Township, succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, Sept. 24, Lebron said.

The crash occurred on Sunday, Sept. 22, at around 4:54 p.m. on Danville Mountain Road in Liberty Township, Lebron said.

According to a preliminary investigation, a C-Force 600 all-terrain vehicle driven by Labinski was traveling westbound on Danville Mountain Road when it veered off the road to the left and overturned, Lebron said.

Labinski was ejected and sustained serious injuries. He was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment, Lebron said.

The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
