Mars unveils new lineup of 2026 treats, including M&M’S Bakery Collection and Skittles Gummies Fuego

Mars, maker of some of the world’s most iconic treats and snacks, has announced a slate of new product innovations for 2026 that put bold flavors, nostalgic inspirations, and unique textures at the forefront of its brands.

The new lineup reimagines classic favorites like M&M’S®, SNICKERS®, TWIX®, SKITTLES®, STARBURST®, LIFE SAVERS®, 5® Gum, and COMBOS®, with products that reflect trending consumer preferences such as “swicy” (sweet-and-spicy) flavor mashups, freeze-dried formats, and bite-sized portability.

“Our iconic brands are always adapting. We carefully craft and deliver delicious treats to keep consumers and fans excited and buzzing about what’s next, and our new innovations reflect that,” said Gabrielle Wesley, Chief Marketing Officer, Mars Wrigley North America. “Of course, we have more fun up our sleeves for the year ahead, but we’re looking forward to kicking off 2026 with a swicy start.”

Among the upcoming products are:

  • M&M’S® Bakery Collection – Flavor Vote, featuring Peanut Butter Cinnamon Roll, Cherry Chocolate Cupcake, and Lemon Meringue Pie.
  • M&M’S® POP’d Caramel, the brand’s first freeze-dried candy, offering a light and airy twist on classic caramel flavor.
  • M&M’S® Honey Roasted Peanut, a new permanent variety blending roasted peanuts, milk chocolate, and honey sweetness.
  • SNICKERS® Xtreme, returning to shelves with extra peanuts and caramel.
  • SNICKERS® Crunchy Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bar, featuring peanut butter ice cream, caramel, and peanuts coated in milk chocolate.
  • TWIX® Bits, a bite-sized version of the classic bar with cookie, caramel, and milk chocolate.
  • SKITTLES® Gummies Fuego, a spicy-sweet twist on the popular gummy texture.
  • STARBURST® Sour, delivering a tart and tangy spin on the chewy favorite.
  • LIFE SAVERS® Gummies X’s and O’s and Fruit Rings, offering new shapes and fruit flavors.
  • 5® Evolution Gum, changing from tangy sour to berry sweetness in each chew.
  • COMBOS® Garlic Parmesan, combining savory parmesan with bold garlic flavor.

Many of the upcoming products will be showcased this month at the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show Expo 2025 in Chicago, where Mars will also feature returning favorites like SKITTLES® POP’d, SNICKERS® Xtreme, and TWIX® Snickerdoodle.

Mars Ice Cream will also highlight its new SNICKERS® Crunchy Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bar at the show. The company holds the top-selling frozen novelty spots in convenience stores with its SNICKERS® and TWIX® Ice Cream Bars.
