Memorial Motor Madness canceled due to forecasted weather, rescheduled for Sept. 6

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) — The Hackettstown Rotary Club has announced the cancellation of this Sunday’s Memorial Motor Madness car show because of expected weather conditions, with organizers setting a rain date for Sept. 6 during Labor Day weekend.

The annual event, scheduled for Sunday, May 24 at Mars Snacking, traditionally draws car enthusiasts, vendors, exhibitors and community members from across the region.

In a message to supporters, organizers expressed disappointment over the cancellation but said they are looking forward to bringing the event back under improved weather conditions later this year.

“We hope you can all join us on Labor Day weekend, with better weather,” organizers said in the announcement.

The Rotary Club also thanked sponsors, exhibitors, vendors and patrons for their continued support and encouraged the community to attend the rescheduled event in September.

Memorial Motor Madness will now be held Sept. 6.
