Morris County swim instructor allegedly under the influence while instructing charged with endangering another person

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County swim instructor who was allegedly under the influence while instructing was charged last month for endangering another person, according to police.

On March 25, police responded to KimSwims, located at 424 Route 46 West, for a report of a swim instructor who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs while instructing young children, police said.

An investigation was conducted and Kyle Cooper, 36, of Denville Township was ultimately charged with endangering another person, police said.

Cooper was then released pending a court appearance, police said.
