Mosquito spraying set for Tuesday night in 2 Morris County towns
MORRIS COUNTY, N.J. — The Morris County Mosquito Commission will conduct mosquito control operations using a truck mounted sprayer to treat streets in Florham Park Borough, and Chatham on Tuesday night.
Spraying is scheduled to take place from 9 to 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, weather permitting, the commission said.
The following areas are set to be treated:
- Florham Park Borough: Schindler Dr, Sterling Dr, Sun Valley Way, Darling Dr, and Passaic Ave
- Chatham: Passaic Ave, Rutgers St, North Hillside Ave, and Tanglewood Dr
The commission will use either Anvil 2+2, with active ingredient Sumithrin (EPA Reg. No. 1021-1687-8329), or Zenivex E4, with active ingredient Etofenprox (EPA Reg. No. 2724-807).
