
Mosquito treatments scheduled Monday in Florham Park, Lincoln Park
MORRIS COUNTY, N.J. — Mosquito control treatments are scheduled for early Monday morning in sections of Florham Park and Lincoln Park due to an increase in adult mosquito populations, according to the Morris County Division of Mosquito Control.
Weather permitting, crews will treat wooded areas using all-terrain vehicles from 4 to 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21.
Treatments are scheduled for the following locations:
- Florham Park: Brooklake Road, including Fish’s Meadow
- Lincoln Park: Anthony Boulevard
Crews will use either Anvil 2+2, which contains the active ingredient Sumithrin and is registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under No. 1021-1687-8329, or Zenivex E4, which contains Etofenprox and is registered under EPA No. 2724-807.
