New businesses open at District 15Fifteen in Parsippany, more expected this fall
PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS, N.J. (Morris County) — Several new businesses have opened at District 15Fifteen, located at 1515 Route 10 in Parsippany, with additional restaurants, fitness centers and retail services expected to open in the coming weeks, according to the property’s developers.
Discover Strength, Kura Sushi, JetSet Pilates and O’Bagel are now open at the mixed-use development, which combines luxury apartments, restaurants, retail businesses and a hotel in Morris County.
The development has also secured new leases with Spencer Savings Bank, occupying 2,603 square feet, and Dhaba Indian Restaurant, occupying 1,834 square feet. The restaurant lease fills the property’s final available food and beverage space.
District 15Fifteen is being developed by Stanbery Development Group, Claremont Development and PCCP LLC. Pierson Commercial Real Estate serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the development’s 58,600-square-foot retail component.
According to Marc Hays of Stanbery Development Group, five additional businesses are expected to open over the next eight weeks, including Burton’s, Mediterranean restaurant Al-Basha, Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar, and The Yard Gym.
A limited number of retail spaces remain available for boutique services and specialty businesses, including beauty studios, waxing services and massage studios.
“The velocity of retail leasing at District 15Fifteen reflects strong market demand for exciting retail and restaurant users,” said Starkman. “We’ve focused on curating a balanced mix of daily-needs services, boutique fitness and high-caliber dining. Securing our final restaurant space is a major milestone that rounds out our food and beverage offering, with a few select, premium storefronts still available for select lifestyle service uses.”
In addition to the new businesses, District 15Fifteen is hosting community events this fall to attract visitors to its growing retail center.
The Artisan Market at District 15Fifteen, presented in partnership with Brilliant Conventions, is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 11, and Sunday, Oct. 18, from noon to 4 p.m.
The markets will feature more than 30 vendors, food trucks and live music from Jeff Slate & Friends.
“Our retail partners are a huge part of what sets District 15Fifteen apart,” said Yessica Campuzano, District 15Fifteen’s property manager. “With grand openings rolling out all fall and our exciting event schedule, I’m so excited for our residents, and the greater Parsippany community, to step outside and discover something new right at their doorstep. This collaboration is bringing our vision for a vibrant town center to life.”
Residential leasing is also continuing at the development.
Smyth, the project’s first residential building, includes 262 apartments. Two additional residential communities, Mason East and Mason, are now welcoming residents.
Mason East is designed as a luxury active adult community for residents ages 55 and older, while Mason offers studio through two-bedroom apartments with immediate move-ins available.
The development’s parking garage is also fully operational.
Developers said the continued retail openings, new leases and residential occupancy are helping establish District 15Fifteen as a mixed-use destination for shopping, dining, fitness and residential living along Route 10 in Parsippany.
