NJMVC offices to close Feb. 16 for Presidents Day

NEW JERSEY — All New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission facilities will be closed Monday, Feb. 16, in observance of Presidents Day.

The closure includes agencies, road test sites and vehicle inspection stations, according to the NJMVC.

Regular operations will resume the remainder of the week, including Saturday, Feb. 14.

While facilities will be closed, the commission’s website, NJMVC.gov, will remain available 24 hours a day. The site offers more than 25 online services, including driver license renewals and replacements, vehicle registration renewals and replacements, address changes, driver record requests and personalized and specialty plate orders.

Officials encouraged residents to visit the website to complete transactions online, schedule required in-person appointments and access information about motor vehicle services.
