No injuries after 2-alarm barn fire in Warren County

FRELINGHUSYEN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – No injuries were reported after two-alarm barn fire Sunday afternoon in Warren County, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Detective Jeffrey Lebron.

Troopers responded to the structure fire at 4:11 p.m. at a residence on Bear Creek Road in Frelinghuysen Township.

Upon the trooper’s arrival, the fire department was on scene extinguishing the fire of a small barn, Lebron said.

The barn was unoccupied, and no injuries were reported, Lebron said.

“It was determined that the fire likely began due to an electrical issue and was considered non-suspicious in nature,” Lebron said.
