Phillipsburg police seek man wanted on terroristic threats charge

PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. (Warren County) — Phillipsburg police are seeking a man wanted on a bench warrant after he allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of terroristic threats.

Police identified the man as Alex Rodriguez, 27, who was arrested April 7, 2024, and charged with terroristic threats following an investigation that determined he repeatedly threatened to kill a victim, causing the person to fear for their life.

According to police, Rodriguez was released from custody but later failed to appear for subsequent court proceedings. A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is described as 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Police said his current whereabouts are unknown. He was last known to reside in the 300 block of South Hokendauqua Drive in Northampton, Pennsylvania.
