UPDATE: Missing woman found safe, Phillipsburg police say

UPDATE: Donna Johnson has been located and is safe, according to police. No further details have been released at this time.

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – Phillipsburg police are seeking the public’s help in locating Donna Johnson, 50, who was reported missing on Nov. 22.

Johnson operates a white 2019 Hyundai Elantra, bearing New Jersey registration T72-MHN. The vehicle features a memorial sticker on the rear that reads, “Always Remember. Never Forgotten. Kevin Johnson,” and has minor damage to the front grill.

Authorities are urging anyone with information or anyone who has seen Johnson to contact the Phillipsburg Police Department at 908-835-2002.
