Phillipsburg police seek woman wanted on narcotics and obstruction charges

PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. (Warren County) — The Phillipsburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a woman wanted on multiple charges, including narcotics-related offenses and resisting arrest.

Police said Sarah M. Brittain, 40, of Phillipsburg, is also wanted out of Readington Township for obstruction of justice and several failures to appear in court.

Brittain is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with hazel eyes and red hair. She is known to frequent the Phillipsburg/Easton area, according to police.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Phillipsburg Police Department at 908-835-2002. Tips may be provided anonymously.
