Police investigating two separate shots fired incidents in Phillipsburg

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – Police are investigating two separate shots fired incidents that occurred Thursday night in Phillipsburg, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

On May 15, at around  8:00 p.m., police were dispatched to 152 Broad Street and 9 Memorial Parkway for reports of shots fired, officials said.

Responding officers located evidence of gunfire at both locations. There are no known injuries or property damage at this time, authorities said.

“We believe these two shootings are unrelated to the Anderson Street stabbing. This remains an active investigation,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and Phillipsburg Police Department are asking anyone with information to contact the Phillipsburg Police Department’s non-emergency line at (908) 835-2002.
