Police release sketch of suspect wanted for sexual contact of minor in Warren County park

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – The Phillipsburg Police Department and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating an incident involving the sexual contact of a minor.

The incident occurred in September 2023 at Walter’s Park in Phillipsburg. The male suspect allegedly told the child not to tell anyone. The alleged male is unknown to the child, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

A composite sketch was generated from a witness who was present at the park, officials said.

The alleged male suspect is described as Hispanic, between 30 and 40 years old, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighting 175-200 pounds.
