SEA LIFE New Jersey’s river turtle predicts Sunday’s game winner

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ (Bergen County) – While countless football experts are weighing in from land, SEA LIFE New Jersey is plunging into their own pick for the Big Game.

SEA LIFE New Jersey is having one of their river turtles make this year’s football prediction.

SEA LIFE New Jersey is home to two river turtles, Thelma & Louise. The two turtles live with silver arowanas, midas cichlids and a peacock bass. To kick off the attraction’s upcoming Turtle Rescue Team event, the team decided to have one of the turtles, Thelma, predict a winner for Sunday’s game.

Her football expertise was put to the test by placing the team’s helmets into the exhibit ahead of Sunday.

Without any hesitation, she quickly swam past the Eagles and decided that the Chiefs would be the winner for Sunday’s game by making her way over to their helmet.

Now we wait for the big game to see if her prediction is correct.
