Somerset County fugitive of the month

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ –  Cipriano Diaz is Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office fugitive of the month for April.

Diaz, 38, is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for second-degree sexual assault on a victim under the age of 13-years-old and second-degree endangering the welfare of children all which occurred between the dates of January 1, 2018 to March 25, 2022 in Franklin Township, Somerset County.

Diaz is described as a 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 210 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, with a face scar on his let cheek.

His last known addresses was in Somerset.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Diaz should contact the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive Unit. You should not take any police-action yourself other than to contact the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive Unit at 908-231-7100 or via the STOPit app.
