Sussex County Division of Senior Services to assist with New Jersey Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program application process

NEWTON, NJ (Sussex County) – The Sussex County Division of Senior Services will be assisting eligible Sussex County residents beginning January 2025 with the application process for the New Jersey Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NJSNAP).

Residents age 60+, as well as individuals age 18+ with disabilities, who are income eligible can apply for this program. There is a screening process before an application is completed.

The Division will also be providing assistance with NJ SAVE and NJ Family Care applications.

Appointments are available at the Division of Senior Services, or you can make an appointment to meet with Senior Services at a nutrition site near you.
