Today marks the last day of Hackettstown’s Oktoberfest

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Today marks the last day of Hackettstown’s Oktoberfest.

Hackettstown’s Oktoberfest runs 3 days, from Friday, Sept. 29, through Sunday, Oct. 1. Join the Hackettstown Business Improvement District, Czig Meister Brewing Company (106 Valentine St), Man Skirt Brewing Company (144 Main St), and Bea McNally’s (109 Grand Ave) as they host events throughout the day.

Here are the activities and music scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 1:

  •  ​9am – Marty’s Reliable Cycle Bike Event (event starts and ends at Czig Meister) – Please call Marty’s of Hackettstown to pre-register for event
  • All Day – Activities for Kids and Families – Bungee Jumping ; Face Painting and Fairy Hair (Corner of Grand and Main St)
  • ALL Day –Beer Truck, German Inspired Food Offerings and Games at Grand Avenue Tavern ~ Open Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Bounce House, Axe Throwing 12-2pm
  • ALL Day – Axe Throwing (Czig Meister) lower lot
  • 12:00-3:00pm ~ ♫ Live Music (Grand Avenue Tavern)
  • 12:00-4:00pm~HHS Cheerleaders performances and selling Tiger Spirit Wear (Main/Liberty St.)
  • 12:00-6:00pm ~ TSA Cheerleaders; Performances and selling Spirit Wear (Grand Ave)
  • 1:00 – Stein Hold USSA Competition (Czig Meister)
  • 1:30 – 4:30 – ♫ Peter and the Wolf-Gang (Main Street and Grand)
  • 2:00 – 4:00 – ♫ Roaming Oompah Band
  • 2:00 – ♫ Paul Knakk (Man Skirt)
  • 2:00 – 5:00 – ♫ DJ Napz and Crew (Grand Avenue Tavern)
  • 2:00-5:00 -♫ Noble Brothers (Czig Meister Lower Lot)
  • 3:00 – 4:00 – Corn Hole Tournament (Czig Meister) Register @ Czig’s in person starting at noon, first come, first serve)
  • 5:00-6:00 – Open Corn Hole (Czig Meister) ~ not a tournament…just for those who would like play

Jay Edwards

Born and raised in Northwest NJ, Jay has a degree in Communications and has had a life-long interest in local radio and various styles of music. Jay has held numerous jobs over the years such as stunt car driver, bartender, voice-over artist, traffic reporter (award winning), NY Yankee maintenance crewmember and peanut farm worker. His hobbies include mountain climbing, snowmobiling, cooking, performing stand-up comedy and he is an avid squirrel watcher.
