Traffic delays expected during Dingmans Bridge inspection June 2–13
Motorists crossing the historic Dingmans Bridge should expect delays on weekdays from June 2 through June 13 due to the bridge’s annual inspection, officials announced.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane between approximately 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday during the inspection period. Drivers are advised to allow extra time for their commutes.
The Dingmans Bridge, which spans the Delaware River and connects Pike County, Pennsylvania, to Sussex County, New Jersey, is one of the last remaining privately owned toll bridges in the United States.
