Traffic stop leads to cocaine arrest in Sussex County

FRANKLIN BOROUGH, NJ (Sussex County) – Cocaine was seized during a Franklin Borough traffic stop last month, according to police.

During the course of a traffic stop on July 16, Gavino Briones-Arredondo, 32, of San Diego, Texas was allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine, police said.

Gavino Briones-Arredondo was charged with third-degree possession of cocaine, and was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses. He was then released pending a court appearance, police said.
