NEW JERSEY – One of Americans’ favorite festivities, Halloween, is coming up, making it the perfect time to share a sweet story about the country’s candy preferences in 2024.
Holiday Calendar delved into data to uncover the Most Popular Halloween Candy by State, a study that analyzes candy preferences across the U.S. to determine each state’s preferred candies in 2024.
As a result, Americans’ favorite candy during the spookiest season of the year is Skittles, topping the list in 22 states. In second place is Snickers, ranking first in 9 states.
Surprisingly, this year Reese’s Cups don’t lead in preferences, being the favorite in only 4 states.
