
Two drivers injured in crash on County Route 519 in Warren County
HOPE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — Two drivers were injured Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on County Route 519 in Hope Township, according to New Jersey State Police.
Troopers responded to the crash at 2:03 p.m. at milepost 45 on County Route 519, according to State Police spokesman Trooper II Christopher Postorino.
A preliminary investigation found that a Subaru SUV was traveling south on County Route 519 while a Toyota SUV was traveling north.
Near milepost 45, the driver of the Subaru lost control of the vehicle, crossed into the northbound lanes and collided with the Toyota, Postorino said.
Both drivers sustained minor injuries and were transported to an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information is available.
