Two injured after SUV overturns on Route 519 in Warren County

WHITE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — Two people were injured in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in Warren County, state police said.

Troopers responded at approximately 4:43 p.m. to County Road 519 south near milepost 43.5 in White Township, according to New Jersey State Police spokesman Trooper II Christopher Postorino.

Based on a preliminary investigation, a Toyota SUV was traveling south when the driver lost control of the vehicle, ran off the roadway to the right, struck a fence pole and a tree, and overturned.

The driver and a passenger sustained minor injuries and were taken to an area hospital, police said.

The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information was available.
