VIDEO: Fire damages Warren County restaurant

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Washington Township restaurant was heavily damaged in a third-alarm fire Saturday afternoon.

Firefighters were called to the Angry Dad Draught House Bar & Grill on Route 31 around 3:30 p.m. for a confirmed working structure fire.

Several fire departments from surrounding areas responded to extinguish the blaze.

No staff or customers were injured, according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

“A very heart felt thank you right now goes out to everyone who saw the tragic events that unfolded here at the Angry Dad Draught House. We are grateful to all the first responders who came and selflessly gave all of their efforts to save what they could. For that we are so grateful! To all the staff that was working and the ones who were not that came during the event to see how they could help in any way, you are amazing. To all of the well-wishers that we know and to those that we don’t, thank you for your love and prayers. We will rebuild, we will be better, we may be down but we are not out,” the Facebook post said.
