Warren County man charged with sexual assault of child

GREENWICH TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County man is accused of sexually assaulting a child in Greenwich Township, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

Taylor J. Miller, 20, of Phillipsburg was arrested on Monday and charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault, two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of fourth-degree criminal  sexual contact.

Miller allegedly engaged in an act of sexual penetration, as well as sexual contact upon a child who was known to him between February and March of 2021, officials said.

Miller was lodged in the Warren County Correctional Facility and his first court appearance was scheduled for Tuesday, officials said.

The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit along with the Greenwich Township Police Department conducted the investigation.
