Warren County masseur charged with sexual assault, criminal sexual contact

BLAIRSTOWN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County masseur has been charged with sexual assault and criminal sexual contact, according to Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

A lengthy investigation conducted by the Blairstown Township Police Department involved allegations of sexual contact and sexual assault by Seung K. Chang, 63, of Blairstown Township while he was employed as a masseur at Simply Day Spa, located at 26 Route 94, Blairstown Township, authorities said.

Chang was arrested on March 2 by the Port Authority Police Department, at Newark Liberty International Airport, as he returned to New Jersey, officials said.

Chang was charged with second-degree sexual assault, and was charged with twelve counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact. He was then lodged in the Warren County Correctional Center, the prosecutor’s office said.

Second-degree crimes carry a maximum sentence of 10 years in New Jersey State Prison and fourth-degree crimes carry a maximum sentence of 18 months in New Jersey State Prison.
