Warren County Temporary Assistance and Social Services honored by commissioners after being named ‘County Social Service Agency of the Year’

WARREN COUNTY, NJ – The Warren County Board of County Commissioners on Wednesday night honored the Temporary Assistance and Social Services (TASS) Division for its recent statewide recognition.

The New Jersey Child Support Council named Warren County TASS the “County Social Service Agency of the Year” during the 43rd Annual Child Support Training Event held in Atlantic City, acknowledging the dedication and outstanding service provided by the agency’s staff.

“You are making amazing strides in providing better service for residents of Warren County,” Commissioner Director Jason J. Sarnoski said.

“The entire state now knows how wonderful you are,” said Commissioner Lori Ciesla, who quoted the New Jersey Child Support Council which said, “This agency has set a high standard for excellence in public service and work commitment.”

“Government is essentially customer service,” Commissioner James R. Kern III said. “TASS has demonstrated a strong level of professionalism and efficiency.”
