The products were sold between Nov. 3 and Dec. 1, 2025, at Wegmans stores in New Jersey among the states affected, along with Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
The recall was initiated after routine supplier testing found a lot of raw pistachios used in production to be positive for Salmonella.
Salmonella infections can cause fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Young children, older adults and those with weakened immune systems are at higher risk for severe illness.
Customers who purchased the recalled nuts may return them to the Wegmans service desk for a full refund. Questions may be directed to Wegmans Food Markets at 1-855-934-3663, available daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.
