Woman charged with DUI after striking Warren County liquor store with vehicle

ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County woman was charged with driving under the influence after she allegedly struck a Warren County liquor store with the car she was driving, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Philip Curry.

The crash occurred at 7:51 p.m. on Old Hackettstown Road in Allamuchy Township, Curry said.

A preliminary investigation revealed, that a Toyota Highlander, driven by Dawn McCurdy, 59, of Allamuchy Township, struck the Allamuchy Liquor Store, Curry said.

No injuries were reported, Curry said.

McCurdy was arrested and charged with DUI, Curry said.
