1 dead after Route 15 crash in Morris County

JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – One person is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Morris County.

The crash happened on Sunday at around 1:25 a.m. on Route 15 southbound in the area of mile marker 3.5 in Jefferson Township, police said.

The vehicle was occupied by the driver, who was later pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The accident is still under investigation, police said.
