Morris County Prosecutor’s Office swears in new assistant prosecutor Corinne Chaplin
MORRISTOWN, N.J. (Morris County) — Corinne Chaplin has joined the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office as an assistant prosecutor and was sworn in during a Sept. 2 ceremony conducted by the Honorable Stephen J. Taylor, presiding criminal judge of the Superior Court.
Chaplin will be assigned to the Pre-Trial Services, Diversion and Firearms Regulations Unit within the office’s Courts and Administration Division.
She most recently served as a judicial law clerk to Judge H. Matthew Curry at the Warren/Hunterdon/Somerset Vicinage. Her prior experience includes work as a legal intern for Duquesne University’s Pennsylvania Innocence Project and as a graduate assistant for the Thomas R. Kline School of Law Admissions Office.
Chaplin earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and medical humanities from the University of the Sciences and a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law.
